DEVELOPMENT

We purchase properties to build homes, either as modular (mod.casa) or traditional builds, for resale. We also partner with property owners, who may not have the means to build, using a profit-sharing strategy.

MANAGEMENT

We understand that your vision for your home, requires stewardship and protection during the complex concept and build phases. Often details are dropped, or missed, that were important to you. Don't be disappointed, or have costly mistakes, let a designer lead design.  ​
